The Night Pack has been designed to provide you with the essential products required to promote a good night’s sleep and recovery whilst keeping your body in a muscle building state. We have combined Milk Protein Smooth slow release protein with ZMA patented zinc and magnesium formula and 5-HTP sleep aid in this convenient pack, to promote recovery and help you achieve your training goals.

Milk Protein Smooth (Unflavoured, Pouch, 1kg) is a milk protein concentrate derived from ultra-filtered skimmed milk. This advanced milk protein is an excellent source of native casein and whey proteins in the same ratio as found naturally in milk (casein 80% and whey 20%).

5-HTP (Tub, 90) (5-Hydroxy L-Tryptophan) is a naturally occurring amino acid which is a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin. Increased levels of serotonin have been shown to help improve sleep and suppress appetite.

ZMA (Tub, 90) is a synergistic combination of Zinc and Magnesium designed to maximize absorption and promote recovery from exercise. Zinc plays a central role in the regulation of cellular growth and tissue repair, as well as the maintenance of a healthy immune system.
